About the Founder: A Journey in Health Advocacy
Hi there! I'm Sim, the founder of NoFOMO Foods. My journey into the world of health and nutrition began when I had to make changes to my nutrition for health reasons. I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia in 2014 and going low carb/sugar free gave me my life back. Years later I became a health coach working in the National Health Service National Diabetes Prevention Programme. It was there that I witnessed a common challenge: the fear of missing out on our beloved foods was a major roadblock for individuals striving to make positive changes in their nutrition.

The revelation struck me - why should anyone fear missing out on foods that were contributing to their health challenges? And so, the idea behind NoFOMO Foods was born. I envisioned a place where people could embrace a healthier lifestyle without compromising on the joy of eating.
